RETURN POLICY

  • Once your Return request is received by our Customer Care Center, please allow upto 7 days for us to process your return. In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs to return your item(s) to the return address must be covered by you. Please note that your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location.
  • To return by mail use your order packing slip with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. Please ensure it is filled out correctly or your return may experience issues in processing.

  • Arabian Fashion is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and return tracking number, when shipping back your returns.
  • After receiving your returned items they will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify that we have received your return.
  • All returns are refunded in the form of an E-Gift Card that can be used as store credit on our website. You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or to order any other item you like on the store. This E-Gift Card never expires and you can use it whenever you want
